>>41132309I dabble but not to the “max”. That would be ordaining. It is acknowledged and expected for most buddhists to be “lay followers” with much less rules than the actual monastics. Losing all desire is some pretty advanced shit and I’d wager very few lay followers get to that point

I just want to be ordained but I probably can't because of psychiatry and I'm in debt from living in a residential community. They don't accept you if you're in debt. Buddha works many miracles in my life however so I think if the Tathagata (root of existence) wants me to be a monk I will be. My only problem is when I grasp that there's nothing to attain I feel like I'm letting down my Aryan ancestors. But Mars will reign happily. I have been Buddha maxing in a community residence for about 3 years. I used to have a lot of ambition. The holy Spirit essentially told me to walk the path to the end like a horse with blinders on. At least, he said that I could freely choose that. I'd love for anyone to give spiritual help with becoming a monk. I don't think I'm ready for it yet because I still think of it as something to give my Spirit a high level of achievement.
