I usually suggest 1 gram because I find many will be disappointed if I suggest less but there’s no one size fits all on dose
I’ve given people an ounce and have them report they ate them in 4-5 sessions of increasing dose with no effects. I’ve given shrooms away to over 100 people and have grown countless strains though.
