Let us say we 100% are in simulation/matrix/dream, how likely is it that we are not humans in base reality? Not like just souls, but I mean like elves under a spell, or aliens in cryosleep, or insects tripping balls on insecticide?I mean people always assume that we have the same form in base reality as we do here in this dreammatrix. Even if we are not nonhumans, we might be in a whole different race, age, and sex group. So, are we nonhumans in base reality? If so, what are we? Elves? Aliens? Insects? Robots? Science experiments? If not, how likely is it that we are different ages, races, and genders than we are currently? Thanks in advance as always!
>>41171524I think you misunderstand the simulation theory, the theory isn’t that you are playing a game, it’s that you simply don’t exist outside the simulation, what are we? Nothing, 1s and 0s or something similar.
>>41172406>the theory isn’t that you are playing a game, it’s that you simply don’t exist outside the simulationThere are different takes on the matter; some like yourself say we are native to the sim, not really real per se, whole others believe we are not native to the sim, rather we come from base reality, and just our minds are in this sim. I mostly believe the later, but not denying the former iS impossible.

Become animated. The simulation is literally just playing the bullshit rat race game, subscribing to modern science, adhering to religion, etc.We are in existence and we ARE existence
>>41171524You know how in sci-fi there's a trope of highly advanced energy beings made of light? It's like that, the "games" incarnate a small fraction of each energy being into an avatar and they play several at once. "You're not your ego/body" because you're only 2% of your real self with the rest tacked on from experience in the game-world, and ego-loss helps mitigate this and recall your true nature or purpose to play the game in the first place.
>>41171524If we exist outside of the simulation the versions of ourselves that we are here might just be shadows cast by the higher version of ourselves. So are we non human outside of the simulation? Maybe. Or maybe we're just "more" the closer to base reality we get.My life is close to how I play videogames as a play style. I try to get the hard stuff out of the way first and then come back and finish all the easy stuff. The higher version of myself would still be me so I figure he'd play his games like I do here.
>>41172554>Become animatedHow so?
Well, I have born into the western half of Earth because they said there were gorgeous elves here, instead I got disgusting landwhales and globinas. I unlocked this memory while reading the Silmarilion.
