I believe that a consistent (preferably daily) meditation practice is crucial for most people’s success doing SR, and also success with reducing involuntary nocturnal emissions. Meditation is good anyways because you “upgrade” and level up your level of consciousness, which is good for other reasons. One reason is becoming better at lucid dreaming and AP.
