>>41175303Idk if this is considered Ajapa Japa but I started doing this thing where I try to not think at all and only convert the Vrittis that arise anyway into Manasika Oms. A lot of them aren't thoughts, just Vrittis because they're more like a mental stirring, but I convert the thoughts into mental Oms too. It becomes a chorus of Om internally and then the Om ends. It makes it easy to stop the individual vrittis too after they become Oms. If anyone else does this please let me know
I have no edge, I am (is) shapeless.I have no border, I am (is) formless.Because I have no observable characteristics (nirguna), I am therefore Omnipresent.Asura opps saught to wage war against consciousness...el oh el. Like stabbing a sword into empty space...
"I say nothing and you hear nothing.I type nothing and you read nothing.Nothing is spelled with 7 letters.Absolutely nothing is spelled with 17 letters. The demons saught to usurp The Omnipresent Void....."

>>41176105I've read stuff like this and I don't get it. What are the brackets for -- the (is). I am reading this book now and it also had writing like this in the preface. "To own nothing is to own (be) everything"
Beej mantras are some powerful stuff.
So everything i incorporate mantras (om and ram, specifically) i reach a state where my body is overcome with an overwhelming "buzzing" feeling that seemingly vibrates with the same frequency of the mantra. The vibration is so intense that it makes me panic every time it starts, even though I'm not actually scared of it and am in fact excited, but nonetheless the panic causes the experience to end pretty quickly.Something odd about the experience is that the vibration is so intense that it overcomes my hearing, to the point that I cant hear myself making the "ram" chant anymore. The sensation of the vibrations within my body and outside of it blend, and my entire body literally physically disappears (as a sensation). This is an experience that I can 100% reproduce at any time. It usually takes about 20 minutes to achieve. Just sit, meditate, and repeat the "ram" chant. I repeat it quick quickly, coming out like "ramramramramramramram..."
>>41175303it's more like aaaaaaooooooommmmmalso you're supposed to move the vibration made by your throat from ur dick to ur head (aaaaa - dick, ooooooo - torso, mmmmm - head).would probably ascend this gay ass earth if i did it regularly but i honestly just want to plap plap and smoke dank weed. nevertheless i'm trying to better myself until i reach this goal.
Will chanting om bring back my foreskin?
>>41176782Mandukya Upanishad I Harih Aum! AUM, the word, is all this, the whole universe. A clear explanation of it is as follows: All that is past, present and future is, indeed, AUM. And whatever else there is, beyond the threefold division of time-that also is truly AUM.
>>41176892>The vibration is so intense that it makes me panic every time it starts, even though I'm not actually scared of it and am in fact excited, but nonetheless the panic causes the experience to end pretty quickly.Thats because you have fears. i get that exact same thing. Tom Campbell explains this very well. Fear and ego grounds you to this simulation like an anchor.
>>411773405 The mind should be concentrated on AUM. AUM is the fearless Brahman. He who is always absorbed in AUM knows no fear whatever. 26 AUM is verily the Lower Brahman. It is also stated to be the Higher Brahman. AUM is beginningless and unique. There is nothing outside it. It is unrelated to any effect and is immutable. 27 AUM is, indeed, the beginning, middle and end of all things. He who has realized AUM as immutable immediately attains the Supreme Reality.

>>41178183 Visva is all—pervading, the experiencer of external objects. Taijasa is the cognizer of internal objects. Prajna is a mass of consciousness. It is one alone that is thus known in the three states.2 Visva is the cognizer through the right eye; Taijasa is the cognizer through the mind within; Prajna is the akasa in the heart. Therefore the one Atman is perceived threefold in the same body.3—4 Visva experiences the gross; Taijasa, the subtle; and Prajna, the blissful. Know these to be the threefold experience. The gross object satisfies Visva; the subtle, Taijasa; and the blissful, Prajna. Know these to be the threefold satisfaction.5 The experiencer and the objects of experience associated with the three states have been described. He who knows these both does not become attached to objects though enjoying them.6 Surely a coming into existence must be predicated of all positive entities that exist. Prana manifests all inanimate objects. The Purusha manifests the conscious beings in their manifold forms.7 Some of those who contemplate the process of creation regard it as the manifestation of God’s powers; others imagine creation to be like dreams and illusions.8 Those who are convinced about the reality of manifested objects ascribe the manifestation solely to God’s will, while those who speculate about time regard time as the creator of things.9 Some say that the manifestation is or the purpose of God’s enjoyment, while others attribute it to His division. But it is the very nature of the effulgent Being. What desire is possible for Him who is the fulfillment of all desires?
