im still quite confused on how the spirit world is mapped out. i know people talk about the astral as well as the spirit plane but are they the same? if there are different dimensions, does that mean there are multiple astral and spirit planes? where would places like hell or Valhalla be? are they in the astral or their own dimension? this stuff has my head spinning.
Here.(The astral plane is immaterial, ghosts and spirits exists there, and some astral travelers. The other world realms exist as real places in the cosmos, but they don't have the same physics as Earth.)
There are 7 planes, each related to a chakra and a organic system. You can check the schematic in pic related. For the three planes in the middle you have fields, and for the four at the borders you have bodies. The two at the left side are negative, and the two at the right are positive.
