How do you cope with that? Every philosophy is just buffer at this point, every near-death experience contradict the other, nothing gives way to a coherent comprehension of the universe, even nihilism is contradicted by the fact that existence exist in the first place.

I scream into a well over it, the abyss that is not even abyss! In other words, I can't fucking cope anymore, much. lol

i had psychedelic journeys that i didn't learn the significance of until i discovered later mythology describing exactly what happened
that plus since if gone through these journeys ive been able to harmonize with my reality to the point of thinking peoples thoughts before they say them

so while most knowledge is just bullshit meant to bind you in another image/desire theres still some good stuff out there to help you understand who you are and how ultimately everything can be found within you jsut have to learn to read between the lines

I do think thier is an objective experience to life.

But if I were to agree with your point.
I think I would research what is supposed to be objectivity and what people mean by it , to invent something better than subjectivity and put the meaning of life thier.

I love it.
Everything is my dream. I am the sole Awareness and sole Aperture of Awareness.

Big relief honestly, that there aren't billions of clamoring others who are self-aware.

Phew!. Very nice.

The history of the universe demonstrates a profound "increase in complexity" over time, meaning that it has continually produced novelty, expanding its variety of interactions and what is possible. The universe continually grasps from its determined immediacy towards novel possibilities, and that _is_ time, not a dimension things pass through but the creative advance of the universe itself.

Early in the universe it was too hot for even atoms to form, and the interactions were of the simplest kind. When the universe cooled and expanded enough for atoms to form all the possibilities of stars, galaxies, and chemistry emerged. The first stars forged the heavier elements which made rocky planets such as Earth possible, which made life possible, which made consciousness possible. The trend is not linear, biological evolution sometimes sees reductions in complexity, but in the fullness of time it is the most universal of trends.

Curiosity is the expression of this "Eros of the universe" in the domain of conscious experience. Our purpose is to learn, explore, create, connect, love, and add our verse to the eternal poem of the universe. Creativity is intrinsic to existence itself, requiring not a mind of intentionality; the universe is not a machine but a community of co-creators.

Aho Mitakuye Oyasin... All my relations. I honor you in this circle of life with me today. I am grateful for this opportunity to acknowledge you in this prayer...

To the Stars, for the ultimate gift of life, I thank you.

To the mineral nation that has built and maintained my bones and all foundations of life experience, I thank you.

To the plant nation that sustains my organs and body and gives me healing herbs for sickness, I thank you.

To the animal nation that feeds me from your own flesh and offers your loyal companionship in this walk of life, I thank you.

To the human nation that shares my path as a soul upon the sacred wheel of Earthly life, I thank you.

To the Story nation that guides me invisibly through the ups and downs of life and for carrying the torch of light through the Ages. I thank you.

To the Four Winds of Change and Growth, I thank you.

You are all my relations, my relatives, without whom I would not live. We are in the circle of life together, co-existing, co-dependent, co-creating our destiny. One, not more important than the other. One nation evolving from the other and yet each dependent upon the one above and the one below. All of us a part of the Great Mystery.

Thank you for this Life.

If existence contradicts nihilism, does that mean matter matters?
>>
>>41184018
The only meaning life may have is the one we create for ourselves. That is just enough.
>>
>>41184018
Subjectivity>objectivity. Always has been always will. So the will wills it.

Humans are chemical factories, liberating energy from the reactions between carbon, oxygen, and other elements from which they are made. And human experience is a raw rock - it is not in any way fine tuned, maybe after some million years it will be, but not right now.

As for living, Varlam Shalamov puts it: "I understood why people do not live on hope—there isn’t any hope. Nor can they survive by means of free will—what free will is there? They live by instinct, a feeling of self-preservation, on the same basis as a tree, a stone, an animal".

On the fundamental level humans are not any different from a rock, a tree and an animal: their existence is determed by physics, chemistry and biology. Higher philosophical/spiritual categories are secondary, not primary properties of being.
It all comes down to bare mechanics:
- instincts clinging to life,
- chemical reactions that release energy for this clinging,
- experience reduced to basic instincts and chemical processes.

So just live the life bro. What goals do you have? Do them. You don't have any? Time to think about those. You don't want to? Okay, relax then. You don't want to relax? Then set your goals.

Do you know what your "will" really is?
Literally your penis.
So will worshipers are actually cock worshipers.
>>
>>41184330
humans are biological machines whose emotions are manufactured through chemicals, which mean that our desire for meaning is a chemical reaction in itself

>How do you cope with that?
I decide what the meaning is. Theists wouldn't get it.
>>
>>41184492
You just made yourself into a God.
Dictating meaning for the rest of reality as if you are apart from it.
Meaning emerges from context, from the interplay of elements.

I find it very freeing, I'm free to do whatever brings me meaning. I also think reproduction is the closest there is to a true meaning. As animals it's what we're meant to do.
>>
Life...do you seek it?

It seeks you.
>>
To cope is to find meaning or at least some quasi meaning of no meaning in which it doesnt matter what happens to -you-. Because no matter what -you- is going to bare the front of whatever happens to specifically -you-. Maybe a god cares enough or not, maybe -you- are not going to matter anymore and your history will be erased. Anyways. There is meaning to be had but its so complex and over-compensated that it invalidates itself. Now...the only meaning to live is really just to reach the highest state possible in that you become to -yourself- percievable as having lived at all. So when you die, you are just a scumbag or gutter trash that made it to an afterlife, or a tragic case of orphanism etc. That you in your last moments know that it was of some value to an existence what so ever whether or not it carries forward from that point with or without you or ever having an involvement thereof, so when you die ultimately you are left alone with the fact you were either some virtuous archtype or p-o-s. And that it suits you and you like that it does or it torments you and you are vindicated or whatsoever its causes or original conceptualization is seeded within your final moments. That sucks if you for instance, die with no cause what so ever then you just sit there like a pile of 'meh' for all eternity in memorium. Ok that didn't really get to the point of a meaning of life. Life has an objective meaning somewhere to be had while living and while dead, um...it gets really philosophical-like you want to just sweep everything under the rug and call it that, soak and saturate in whatever mood fate had in store for you or not. What you believe or not that what I say has any significance at all, after awhile likely loses its immediate intent and wears away like smoke and mirrors. But I can say that currently there is a meaning of life being so complex you would go insane if I were to spell it out for you, that it is all just an illusion and you are already dead.
>>
>>41186554
but basically what we have is ...either you are in a simulation or vr-dream or something like that. or you are just experience an interactive entropy of yourself in a meticulous universal observation (as you are dead and have been reverse engineered to be alive by some mass-rewind-system)
>>
>>41184018
The objective meaning is to BE, you fucking retard.
We have so much fucking power wasted on pointless, vampiric nonsense. It would make more sense if the world wasn't inverted.

IDK. My philosophy has always been that I'm just here, so I might as well get all thr interesting experiences I can out of it. This has benefits me not just throughout life in general but also in small, simple things, like getting a shitty Christmas gift. I have this thing now, so I may as well get the maximum use I can out of it. I think this is called Absurdism? I wouldn't know, I'm not a philosophy geek.
>>
>>41184049
How to harmonize?
>>
I stared into the abyss and all I got was eye strain. I don't care that there's no meaning in life. I exist for the same reason the trees and rocks and mountains and rivers exist. Because they just do.

One day I was born and one day I'll die. In between now and then i'll eat as many hot pockets as humanly possible.

“¶ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)

“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” (Philippians 1:21)
