What alternative medicine method or drug do you recommend to replace antidepressants?

I need a boost or a drug to relax me and prevent me from overthinking. I've had problems with alcohol, and my family makes sure to keep me sober. I've also tried snorting toluene, but they've taken that away from me as well. Antidepressants don't have the effect they had on me before, and I feel worse every time. What do I do? I'm not posting this on /b/ because it won't help.

Get good at not thinking.

Yes, it is simple, yes it can be done. Try, fail, try again anyway, until you control yourself.

Use sound meditation designed to create lower brain frequencies.

Embrace the silent night, for knowing is but self delusion and a fear of the dark mentally personified.

Literally nothing can beat sunshine anon.
Find a spot in the morning sun and expose your back to the sun if you can.
I prescribe you 30-60 mins of sunshine per day.
Drink water at the same time to stave boredom.
Bonus points if you ditch the phone.
Extra bonus if you use the time to recite a mantra in your mind ala transcendental meditation.

I can't do this because I am very vulnerable to possession. If I let the mantra change by itself I will get hijacked by some malicious thing.

You need some Jesus Christ.

Methylene blue is perfect for this
Buy it in powder for so it’s cheaper and mix it with water to dose it one drop at a time
It doesn’t get you high but it’s perfect for replacing antidepressants and adhd medication

sex and cuddles is the best antidepressant but today women are evil so we won't get that.

Go out and do yard work with your bare hands. Connect with the land, save critters, get some Sol. Leave the internet.

Here's a couple of quick remedies that you can try right now.

A cup of warm water (or milk) will relax you, it's easy, quick and effective. Another thing you can try is hyperventilation: lie on the bed, face up, and take deep breaths through the mouth without stopping. After a minute or two you might start feeling a tingling sensation in your feet, at that point you can stop. You'll feel incredibly calm afterwards.

Light therapy is great for improving your mood. All you need is a bright lamp (I got one on Amazon for about $20), and you point it in your face right after waking up, for half an hour, an hour.

For a more long-term solution, I'd suggest giving the keto diet a try. People have healed from severe mental issues thanks to it.

You likely identify as depressed because it benefits you in some way

Seconding poop straws. The government doesn't want you to know about the miracle that is poop straws. Hell, the illuminati edited all references to poop straws from the Bible, it's THAT powerful. They want all the poop straws for themselves.

Don't get the cheap ones from India either. Get you some high quality, handcrafted poop straws. It'll be worth every penny I assure you.

It's not a benefit. I can't access alcohol and people now check to make sure I'm not consuming anything. That's the problem.

I made my depression quickly go away by very focusing on it with intent to make it dissappear

Okay well so while things have less effect over time sometimes that's good. Like, for whatever it's worth, you shove me just chock full of drugs and I'm at my best. I don't ever let things go if they need done. Which that's another thing.. what's the point of you not being depressed? If we needed you for something you'd have reason to stop being depressed. Do you have any reason to not be depressed? Sometimes you have to light a fire under your own ass. But I'm just saying some things may be too much at times but if you get used to them you are then good. Like, if I were to consume alcohol, benadryl, weed, cough syrup, caffeine, and nicotine all the time, I'd be good all the time. Or, you can take away things. Like if I didn't have to work I'd be good. And, what is normal is still up in the air. Maybe being abnormal is normal. Maybe it's normal to exert yourself everyday until you're legitimately tired. We just think we don't need to anymore but we do.
