I was screened for GATE.They took me, my friend and another kid I think, from our classes and put us in the computer room behind the cafeteria.They made us drink the pink liquid and we had to play this caveman game called "trog walkers" where we wore headphones and typed the words we heard to progress. I was in gate in Minnesota between 1991 to 1995, 1st to 5th grade, they called it the ELP program.
