This is what i think happened. They changed it for some reason. Like removing the native American woman from land o lakes butter.
But for some reason they didn't disclose it. Credit to the artist, some copyright issue. Something. And they gaslight everyone because the alternative is some stupid corporate lawsuit.

It definitely had the corn.
>>
>>41196278
It is. In real time we see them try to pull a fast one. If everyone didn't go ape over the Cracker Barrel logo change, they'd have quietly left it and then in 10 years denied ever having changed it.

They've done this many times with many things. It's just that with the internet age and social media they don't get away with it anymore.
>>
>>41194588

reality is just the movement of energy
with proper tools you can inject energy and change the state to exist in a different way as if it always was that way
you are just changing the state of it
technically 'time' continues on as looking at it completely you still see the the movement of energy and it will be accounted for
but humans cant fully see these changes
>>
>>41194867
Yup. Mandela effects reveal a lot about many things, but low on that list is the actual effect they purport to expose. Some examples, what you mentioned, the prevalence of corporate advertising slogans/gimmicks in the american psyche/culture, the shallowness of imagination of american culture (there have been much more interesting mandela's than some fucking advertising changing slightly), and one that i always thought was funny, its namesake nelson mandela. His whole thing was being president of south africa, its like if people though hitler died in prison in 1925. Completely retarded

>>
If there was never a cornucopia then who first made the version with the cornucopia? Are there records of when that image first appeared? I guess we can assume it first appeared online?

>>
>>41196524
>the prevalence of corporate advertising slogans/gimmicks in the american psyche/culture
I feel like this is somewhat you're misunderstanding. I think part of what makes most of these interesting is because it's something people hypothetically shouldn't care about that much, which begs the question of why someone would go through the effort to make any sort of material change, or why the discrepency exists at all.
Also if you actually care about politics, it says a lot more about YOUR lack of imagination than the person you're criticizing.
>>
>>41198136
The consumer may not care about it that much, but advertising is a hundreds of billions of dollars a year industry. Actually it makes a lot of sense why slight, seemingly inconsequential changes to advertisements are made and then subsequent efforts to remove the old ones are done, in order to program the new design into people's minds. And this furthermore explains very nicely why it seems that the most prevalent mandela's are always advertisement changes.
>Also if you actually care about politics, it says a lot more about YOUR lack of imagination than the person you're criticizing.
Not sure what you mean by this, I just think its funny that the whole effect is named after a guy who only made a name for himself after the event that was supposedly mandela'd happened. Again its exactly like if people thought hitler died in prison in 1925, before anyone outside of bavaria even knew his name. If either mandela or hitler really did die in prison no one would've given a fuck about them, historically speaking
>>
>>41198129

dream

when you are little, certain dreams, lucid dreams, become realized so that your memory of the dream later on seemed like it really happened. i distinctly remember being able to levitate in real life when i was little. i asked my niece a few years ago when she was 6 if she ever remembers levitating in real life and she said yes. same dream experience, remembered as "real life."

the fruit of the loom cornucopia was observed in an "ordinary" lucid dream, with the mind recalling the presence of an arrangement of fruit as vaguely part of what they remember seeing in school at thanksgiving time. you probably remember where you WERE when you saw the cornucopia logo as well. was it in a room that was in close proximity to a bed?

the underwear brand is real and i think mandela effect is real, but i have a feeling that some products' logos and quotes were misplaced somewhere else

example:
"luke, i am your father" was said in a star wars advertisement by a manchild-looking guy who was running around in the theater while he doing goofy, whacky star wars things because he was excited to watch them again. this was in the 90s for the re-release of the first three movies. god, i wish i remembered which ad it was

i also think some mandelas are caused by the simpsons amd remembering it in the simpsons rather than the actual IRL thing

>>
>>41194685
I read about this a while back. He/you were wrong on the date last time of the big happening.
That being said, I do wholeheartedly agree with you on your assertions about time and anatomy etc.
Stuff like -
>For one, the speed of time here is 50 percent faster than it is on Earth! In other words, a 10-second count—using the Earth counting pace—results in a whopping 15.00 seconds elapsing. And visually, when I look at a digital clock that has a seconds display, the seconds advance at a supernaturally fast rate. It truly looks insane (to me). Heck, one could say, with complete and total honesty, that it looks downright comical or even cartoonish. For the natives, though, the speed of time here has always been the same (and thus, the clocks here seem 100 percent, completely normal to them). And in case you haven't done the math yet, a day on this planet is only 16 Earth hours long (i.e., one-third of an Earth day is missing).

This is 100% correct. Time is going so much faster. Like retardedly so. I mean it is so fucking obvious to me that it's kinda scary.
Then whenever I bring this up to people they say "oh you're just getting older so you probably think that days are going faster because... because you just do okay??? it's normal"
How the fuck does that make sense?
Time is going faster, I don't care what anybody tries to tell me, my mind will not be changed on this.

Now, whereas I was once onboard with everything you were saying about this being a replica of earth, I'm not as sold on that idea now, though I don't particularly have an alternate answer to give as to wtf is going on. I just know that something happened, something fundamentally changed.

Mandela Effects that are less common but still reported

>JFK remembered as John F Kennedy instead of JFK ("President John"; JFK never used initials in this realm
>Distilled Water is now called "Still Water"
>Cheetoes remembered instead of more commonly reported "Cheetos". Cheetah-Toes (they look like the shape of the animal's feet). versus Cheetah->Cheeto
>>
>>41194588
Honest question:

What exactly causes you people to think everybody who ever lived had perfect recall (including yourself) and never made any mistakes? Because somebody getting confused while drawing, writting or producing whatever, could easily be the source for these minor discrepancies, when they are indeed real and not just bad memory which's like 99.999999999% of the time.

Notice how that every mandingo effect is but a very small difference between an othewise identical thing. Very easy for people misremember; it's never a significant change like the original mandingo effect (if it were real) which had this commie nigger terrorist die like 30 decades appart, or maybe a cartoon like "Tom and Jerry" becoming "Tom and Maurice".

There's also plain stupidity like these animals who claim the reality was changed because they remember one particular map projection at school, while in fact there's like a hundred.
>>
>>41194588

>JFK remembered as John F Kennedy instead of JFK ("President John"; JFK never used initials in this realm
It's always been JFK, never President John (lol retarded)

>Distilled Water is now called "Still Water"
Distilled water and still water are two different things. Distilled water is water that has been distilled, so it has no mineral ions in it. Still water is water that's not sparkling, i.e. no carbonation.

>Cheetoes remembered instead of more commonly reported "Cheetos". Cheetah-Toes (they look like the shape of the animal's feet). versus Cheetah->Cheeto
Nope, never been cheetoes. That looks so wrong, and it has nothing to do with toes. Do you have dementia or something?
>>
>>41208651
>No it wasn't, ever. Wouldn't even make sense with history or be geographically (physically) possible.
You are on /x/
There are infinite alternate realities and I specifically remember that one reality because I was there and experienced it. I had American friends and was chatting with them and noted the difference in time zones at the time and its different now

In the 90's I remember there were 51 states in the USA, might even have been 52 at some point, but I didn't know individual states well at the time as I was just a kid so I wouldn't be able to tell you which state was the extra one

Also the great lakes area was different and there wasn't a peninsula in the California part of Mexico, or at least it wasn't as prominent as it is now in this reality
