Hello, /x/. So, I was reading the definition of some words, like charm, which is as follow:

1.delight greatly.
"the books have charmed children the world over"

2. control or achieve by or as if by magic.
"pretending to charm a cobra"

Alright. Then this let me to look for the word "delight", which means:

please (someone) greatly.
"an experience guaranteed to delight both young and old"

take great pleasure in.
"they delight in playing tricks"

So I think I understand what charm is. I charm someone by pleasing that someone somehow or I can get charmed if I "indulge" myself in things which cause pleasure so we must be careful to not be charmed. Alright.

Then I looked for the definition of the word charisma, which means:

1. compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire devotion in others.
"she enchanted guests with her charisma"

>>2. a divinely conferred power or talent.

So charisma is a little bit of charm. You have charisma when you can charm people (case them pleasure) which in turn causes devotion in them. Now I understand why religion gets the devotion of people. It's because they bring pleasure to people through their rituals and manipulation of the mind. But this is not what I want to ask. I want to ask about the second definiton of the wor charisma, which is "a divinely conferred power or talent."

What do I have to do in order for "God" or even "Satan" to grant me this divinely conferred power or talent which I will in turn use to charm people? How can I deserve such "gift"? What I must do? I want to charm people using music or sounds, pleasing sounds. I know sounds can please the senses and stuff. So I have a chance to use sounds to charm people and inspire devotion in them and I want God backing me up. I want this divinely conferred power or talent. How? Help me, /x/. By the way, I don't want the christian NPCS responding to me. I don't want any of that. Fyck you guys. I want the real thing. Christians don't know shit.

Ok, OP. I will try to get these spiritual gifts myself first, so then I can teach you how to get them.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit are called charisms

Don't revolt against your inadequacies. This way you can be wrong without feeling shame or regret, and you can be correct without feeling self-satisfied. Genuine charisma functions as a result of the individual's neutral attitude towards him or herself. There are many fakes whose words and actions are premeditated. By not striving to live up to any particular identity, your inner nature shines through.

Go to a sales class, therapy, or emotional intelligence course.

stop being autistic

Ability Score Increase. There are some feats you can take but they'll just add a +1. You could also get a Tome of Leadership and Influence, that'll add +2

You have to embody Robert Plant.

I don't care about genuine charisma. I want the divinely inspired charisma, the second definition that I have pointed out. I want the supernatural charisma, the one rock stars have it kind of.

>>41198141
Not supernatural. This is /x/, mate. I do expect supernatural stuff.

>>41198199
Easier said than done.

Interesting.I want all the charisma I can get. All the +1 I can get are valid. Can you elaborate more?

Do I really have to do that? Guy was a fag. Screaming like a little bitch. I don't like his style. I more of a Roger Daltrey kind of guy. He was manly while Robert looked like a fag for lack of a better word.

This is out of question. Stop ejaculating? aha Never. Only when I'm old.

I was elected the class representative by my class mates. I did not want that, but they insisted, even the teacher wanted me to do it and accept it. Does this mean I have a little bit of charm? It's not charisma yet, it's just charm, and a little bit of it. If I can work my charmd then maybe I can get charisma.

They are playing you. It's like they all play a joke on you to think you are special but really you are just an asshole retard.

No one wants that job it's gay like you

Looking past the God granted aspect of it (He will give it to you if you ask humbly, prayerfully and for the right reasons), true social charisma proceeds naturally from love of the other, love of your neighbour. If you cultivate a loving manner towards others, if you learn to sincerely desire what's best for each and all, this love will manifest in your very being, in the subtlest ways. People can sense this and will start to desire your presence, your words and your actions.

The path to charisma is a paradox: easy to understand, but hard as hell to live. Spiritually speaking, it's like "The Voice" from Dune the ability to communicate from a place of deep, fundamental understanding of another person. The only way to unlock this is to first be genuinely, spiritually invested in who you're talking to. Books like The Charisma Myth can give you the 'how,' but your authentic interest is the 'why' that makes it all work. That aspect can be learned through the book How To Win Friends And Influence People.

An example of someone using the Voice in order to hook young men to watch his second part:

Do unto your neighbor as you would have them do unto you, I suppose. Or something like that, I don't read the Bible.

A misconception about charisma is that is is a thing you actively do. I think DnD nails it. Like wisdom and intelligence, charisma is a mental stat. If you could think of intelligence as mental strength and wisdom as mental constitution, then charisma is like mental dexterity.
The thing about dexterity, be it physical or mental, is that it isn't something you really use so much as it being more like a car you drive. The vehicle itself carries the inate potential to do things that are special.
I am a high charisma anon. Still a bit of a schizo and an introvert, but charming people happens passively. And that's what I'm really saying. There is nothing I "do" to "charm" anybody. I'm handsome, I'm good at things, I'm intelligent and emotionally intuitive, and I have the sort of face that functions like a protagonist in a movie or video game that you just really want to see win. It also helps that I'm funny: the problem in trying to be more like I am is that you cannot do it without putting in effort, and charisma is an effortless thing. Like an athletic person moving effortlessly with much more grace than you or I, the way I socially move just puts me at an advantage, even when I have no goals like making friends, scoring, or making opportunities for myself, it just happens when I expose myself to people socially naturally. I've had women travel across the world just to see me over 30 years. "Weirdly long range aggro" for women is a way I've been described. It's a God given thing. It isn't really fostered or built through any deserving work.

Rid yourself of labels and archetypes like "rockstar". Rid yourself of desire. There's nothing supernatural about any person's charisma. Realize that you're already divine but the only way to feel it as truth is to align yourself with divinity, that is the rejection of desire, attachment, judgment, prejudice, identity, and so on. Prove to God that you can be okay with living as a nobody first, then opportunities will be granted to step into more charismatic roles, depending on each moment.

How we perceive ourselves is often vastly different than how others do. Being a representative is multi-faceted; not entirely based on charm or charisma. Humility, self-accountability, and/or discipline can factor into it.

Robert Plant didn't look like a fag at all, he's actually notable for retaining his masculinity despite how flamboyant he got. That just shows how much of a fag he wasn't.
