I find these sort of visualization exercises interesting and have wondered why /x/ doesn't post moar of them. Some anon here once mentioned one where you imagine a sun rising and setting around you. I wish I asked what the origin of that was and what it's meant to do.This one, though, I feel uneasy about thinking some ancient magic words that are part of a metaphysical model I'm not knowledgeable about.

Dont forget to say the name of the sephira ie kether chokmah and finally the path name aleph. Or chesed netzach kaphGo to the link in the OP to learn the path name and other knowledge. As you say kether focus your minds eye on that part of the tree then focus on the second ball and finally the bridge
