>>41198900I can pretty much stare directly at it with no issue. I actually stumbled unto this as a kid around five-ish I'd say? Rediscovered it when trying to learn to scry a few years back. I was constantly trying to experiment with scrying trying it in different degrees of lighting and with eyes open and closed and I just happen to noticed in the darkness the shadows around things were swigging like worms or something and so just watched and noticed it was more like steam was coming off me or around things in my vision. The mirage stuff seems to follow after that but if you can keep with it you'll see puffs of vapors start to form. It's really trippy. Those puffs can slowly form into a upper torso or begin to move along as is but about as far as I've gotten with it. Been wondering if this is what "second sight" is or if it's the veil it's self in a way. I can tell you lack of sleep makes it easier to notice on autopilot without effort but I do not recommend it. This is probably where you're at currently.The journey itself, however, seems slow and will be testing. Healing of course does not happen overnight, and sometimes isn't linear. You might especially feel challenged and give in to negative patterns if you feel something is taking too long or the effort is too great with little return, but this too is part of the process. Don't be so hard on yourself or too rigid, like the occasional relapse or deviance doesn't mean you have to start all over or that you have to beat yourself up and things will work out in time.
