I wouldn't say most, maybe 30% just pulling a number out of my ass are true nomos, I think it's probably a scale going from not being able to see the apple and make it spin to completely devoid of all thoughts other than sensory.

My internal dialogue is borderline schizophrenic sometimes. Sometimes it’s normal but usually it’s tweaking and showing me weird imagery and always and I mean always talking. Idk how people are able to clear their minds it seems impossible to me.

That's a big debate and here is my opinion:I think that nearly everyone has an inner monologue, people who say that they don't have one either:1) Are not aware of it and act like this inner monologue is just themselves, they haven't yet realized that they are the observer of that monologue and not actually it.2) Probably don't have oneAlso isn't silencing that inner monologue a big deal in meditation? I've been meditating for years and when that thing starts speaking and takes my awareness away then it's really tiresome but when I manage to turn it off then I am left in extreme bliss and I can do many things like astral project while sitting erect e.t.c. The average human doesn't look like being in extreme bliss to me so I think that they all have an inner monologue and they are hypnotized by it to the point that they don't realize it.
