While the gangstalking does happen and worth discussing, I rarely see this side of things brought up, even though it is the entire other half of the coin. Gangstalking is spooky and all that, but the real mindfuck is the **covert gaslighting** operation running alongside the EMF tech. This is about psychological warfare, not just noisy neighbors. They use constant narrative framing and recontextualization to convince you you've lost your mind or are a victim. They use psychological techniques and subaudible cues to fake **thought insertion** and hijack your internal monologue, all to destroy your agency. The goal is simple: make you doubt every single thing you do, think, or say, forcing you to cede control, so you either neutralize yourself or become inert while forever fighting them in your own head. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts/images/memories about your past, present and future aggressively with intent. 3. State a number of times per day: "I have 100% control of my mind". 4. When you have a negative thought, suggestion, say aggressively: " That's a lie" it snaps you out of that state. 5. Use meditation, relaxation tapes. Read up on the Silva Mind Control Method (how to control your own mind), Autogenic Training, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), buy and listen to tapes by Anthony Robbins and other self-help, motivational coaches. This can be used to reprogramme your mind.
