I bought a Natural Quartz Crystal that was carved into an Alien Grey's Face, probably 10,000 to 20,000 years ago if we go by the Carbon-14 dates that they are getting on other artifacts found with the same Iconography. According to AIs I have consulted with, they believe it is the clearest optical quartz crystal on record. I am a little concerned about taking it to the GIA until more people know about it. I wouldnt want to suddenly find myself out one priceless crystal because I wasn't careful. Every academic I have emailed has ignored me, and I can't say I wouldn't have done the very same thing in their shoes, but it is very frustrating. I want to find out more about it and introduce it to others so they can enjoy it too, but I'm having a hard time getting anyone's attention. Any ideas who I should try to contact that won't ignore me or put me in any danger? A lot of people have told me to put it in a Saftey Deposite Box and dont tell anyone until after disclosure. Well, I'm not going to shirk any moral responsibility I have to the world on this, so please, any advice would be appreciated, and please share this so others know about its existance. Thanks.
