David, whom I suppose is a handler of sorts, provides me tools sent via mail. Lineman’s kit for hardline tapping, “bionic” ear, ect. I’m to make observations on behavior patterns, an at the end of the week I type certain info into an excel and email it.>What happens to it after, no clue.
