Wouldn't pursue it unless you have someone who actually knows what they're doing. You probably won't find them here; only pretenders and dunning-kruger mediums and order-of-nine-nonces aspirants. Initiatory traditions involve initiations for a reason; they lack online presences for a reason. Get out into the world and talk to people you're afraid of; hang out in places you don't necessarily belong. Learn to spot the signs of a practitioner. Express curiosity to them, and if they think you're worth teaching, they'll do it.
