The earth rotates around the sun once per year and in that big rotation there is 365 little rotations representing 365 days.365 can be equally split by 28 meaning 13 months each with 28 days.

The months are wrong sept meaning 7 is the 9th month, Oct meaning 8 is the 10th month, nov meaning 9 is the 11th month,Dec meaning 10 is 12th month.

New years is spring equinox.

The Vatican added 1000 years to the calendar, duplicating the history from ancient times, in order to make christianity looks older than it was. The three roman empires were just one, now split in three different eras. With this they were able to seel the two weeks meme, which prevails to this day.

Not quite, no.
>365 can be equally split by 28 meaning 13 months each with 28 days.
Not quite, no.
>the month names
Are based on an earlier calendar when they were indeed in the spot with their name. But that roman Republic era calendar had serious problems.
Even small differences like the ones in your math add up over time and cause problems.

The original Roman calendar had 10 months, that's why they seem wrong. They added January and February later. You can read all about it in any Roman history.
