Bros ever since becoming more aware my life has improved so much. I ask myself these questions - What put this thought into my head, is it a benevolent spirit/force or an evil being? Do the good spirits approve of this, and these thoughts? This has improved my life in ways I could not have even imagined. I have also improved my mental fortitude so that demons have a harder time trying to enter my head, even after they tried to take my body. Also, I am more aware of if someone has been hijacked or compromised by demons, and I can see their works and ideologies that they use to spread.
At some level I've learned to feel their presence as well however I am still trying to get better at this.
