I've quit several times, been off it for 3 years now. I miss smoke. I burn incense sometimes just for the smoke. I don't miss the price and the mess. I don't miss having to go outside constantly. I don't want the patch or pills. I'm no longer addicted, I'll take my chances on not getting the benefits.
