Sup. This is another TI thread. ITT we discuss the gaslighting aspect of the TI phenomenon's experience. We talk a lot about the gangstalking. While the gangstalking does happen and worth discussing, I rarely see this side of things brought up, even though it is the entire other half of the coin. I rarely see gaslighting discussed in any depth here, so let's adjust that. The last thread of this led into some really interesting topics.

Some background. Been a TI since the beginning of 2021. It started with some real mindfuck shit, imitating my family and friends, using psychological warfare techniques to rob me of sleep and general inner peace, generally gaslighting everything good out of my life. If you're a TI, that should sound familiar. The change for me happened when I started journaling everything. Not only a healthy habit without being a TI, it's borderline required for survival if you are one. If you take anything from this thread, write everything down, share what you learn with others, use it to escape the "TI victimhood mentality" we can get stuck in.

Lastly, more detailed breakdowns below.

(A note on this one - this one swings both ways. If you ended up thinking you're a TI but your symptoms better align with a mental disorder, genuinely, please seek aid. It helps so much.)

Special-focus on one technique in particular we can use to overcome the relentless narrativizations.

Some more schizo textdumps. I hope some of this helps some of you. Once you have a handle on what is actually happening to you - not some paranormal experience, but a mundane one built to be mistaken for one - it becomes a hell of a lot easier to live with it without it dragging you down.
