Also tell me of those 'really weird thoughts' your talking about, cause either some form of evil entity is getting in your body or its a sort of mental issue, just describe to me further why you think your being possessed.

However, in my experience possession is a very specific psycho/spiritual phenomenon that I would define as when a person’s thinking, perception, and moral judgment are subsumed or colonized by a rigid ideological framework, learned behavior, or emotional impulse, — to the point that the possessing force thinks and acts for them. Whether or not this is a spiritual phenomenon or merely a psychological one is irrelevant, the results are the same. You are acting in accordance with the will of an alien force. Assuming this is indeed a spiritual phenomenon, any genuine examples of the supernatural are more symptoms than anything else. The best cure for this, aside from traditional therapy or prayer, is shadow work, sigil work, or identity work. All of which are too complicated to explain here.
