There isn't enough people going in and out of these random ass stores to be profitable. This is evidence for either a simulation, a previous empire long forgotten, or some large effort scam.

These fake businesses/stores could be a front for an intelligence organization...

This is the problem with AI today, its good when people use it mindfully but people use it as slop because creative people dismiss it because of people like you being all scared your ideas aren't good enough, your stroke work won't carry your boring ideas anymore, with a prompt you can make beautiful art it isn't our fault you aren't creative. People identifying all AI as AI slop is one of the lowest IQ takes. At the same time people can equip ridiculous arguments to be narcissistic/get their supply I am having a hard time believing you aren't just a poor Brazilian who doesn't know what fully stocked store looks like without it being en español. The building is generated fine it isn't AI slop pussy; AI is good at certain things for example it can write a better list of why you are an accident than your father because you have interacted with AI numerous times before.

I think it is this. I remember once I had a building open up near me call 'Tourist Info' or something like this. It was weird because this is a rather uneventful area plus it was in an odd area. It dissappear rather quickly.

This whole world is a potemkin village. There aren't that many real souls here. The vast majority of people are just pawns being used to manipulate the real souls by making us falsely identify with what they are, rather than what we are.

I live in a relatively small town (Population about ~5K) and there's a ton of these little shops along the downtown drive, I have no idea how they stay on business with such specific inventories and so few people to buy them from that market.

There's also a Masonic lodge wedged in there amongst the shops, lol...
>>
>>41252054
Ive had this thought. Down the road from my house theres a mostly empty strip mall. The only shop still open there is a fucking pickle ball supply store. Theres no way in hell they make enough money to keep the lights on let alone pay rent. Its either a front or a wealthy eccentric who just really likes pickle ball. I head home from work very late at night and more than once ive seen them loading large parcels onto a pick up truck. Something weird is going on there.

I remember when gourmet cupcakes were briefly a thing in the 2000's. One opened up in a prime piece of real estate on main street of ivy league town near me. No way cup cakes could even break even on rent if they were baking 24x7. I assume it was a vanity project for the wife of some rich guy and there's financial loopholes and write-offs that make such a thing viable.
>>
>>41259620

No, these are shops still 'in business' despite logic saying that they should not be.
>>
>>41252082

>Money laundering
This.
Especially if it's a cash business like a bodega, bar, laundry mat, "self serve" car wash, or event location.

Also many "stores" are really just real estate investments. The store doesn't have to be profitable; it just has to break even. That way the land owner can write down depreciation and all sorts of other accounting chicanery, while waiting for his land to "appreciate".

Rich people who own giant houses do something similar by planting an acre of corn on their land, and then claiming all sorts of tax breaks for farmers.

We are not in a Truman Show. Everybody is just gaming the system to the max before it all crashes down.

>>41255334
kek

>>41258428
In a small town, the shop owner probably OWNS the land his shop is on, and pays virtually nothing in property taxes (or utilities). If your expenses every month are like $200 it's easy to break even or even make a profit.
In a city there's always the landlord juice there with his hand out saying "fuck you, pay me". If your shop only makes $1000 profit per MONTH, you aren't going to make it.

>>41259518
Could be money laundering, but it could also be that the mall owner gets some sort of tax advantage by "being open" (with ONE shop), while he looks for a buyer (who will probably build shitty section 8 housing there).

>>41262220
when something in life doesn't make sense the answer is usually "lawyers" and/or "taxes" (and sometimes "crime").

There's a reptile place I know of and I do not understand how the guy stays in business, If it is legit good for him but I never see anyone go into his store ever.
>>
>>41266390
A lot of these places the guy bought the place and only has to pay taxes, I’ve looked up places to rent for a store and it’s actually cheaper than I thought, 1000 bucks a month for some places, that’s 33 dollars a day. Otherwise they do financial shenanigans because of social planning math that says “there should be a store here” and are part of a bigger group that takes losses so they can control an entire area.
>>
>>41259611
it's tennis for richfags who can't even be bothered to play tennis
>>
>>41265340
its this. unless mattress stores or block after block of the same store, its just this. even then those are probably explainable by greed, funny math to make loss into a win somehow, all sorts of things. the weird thing is, anon when was the last time you saw your neighbor bringing in groceries?
>>
>>41252082
100% most are run by Arabs and Indians in the hood. I guess they could be profitable but they are definitely connected somehow. They are at the forefront of selling shiity gas station products and so,e are known to sell drugs and buy/sell stolen products. Also this weird “substation” near me. 100% some sort of black site or storage

Not that anon, by my area feels like a ghosttown. Sure, I see people and stuff, but the vibes are rather empty. It was really bad back in 2021 and 2022. I think I just got used to the feeling. Honestly, the whole world feels like this.
>>
>>41267250

>its not proof of a simulation happening around you bro, trust me on that one.

>trust me bro, just trust me

Why? Not saying illegal stuff is not going down, but I honestly feel it is deeper than that. Like I personally had feels something was off with population numbers for a while, but never really thought much on it. But you have tons of folks saying they hardly see enough people to say the population count is anywhere near correct. Many people, around the world. If you feel these people are fake or BSing, fair enough, go look at the sky and how fake it is. Go feel how weird nature feels now. Vibe how artificial the people you encounter are, how it still feels empty even if you see a decent amount of people. There is also the gangstalking that makes more since if this is a simulation. Like I had a Discord user bring up a negative trait of mine one would only know by being in person or at the very least seeing a bad photo of me. I had this happen thrice so far.

Something is up, so no, I will not trust you on that one Smith.

Mattress stores have one of the highest markups of any industry: $15 of materials, $5 labor, $5 shipping, and then sell it "on sale" for $800.
(Traditional) mattresses are an even bigger scam than diamonds.

>>41267252
I forgot to add one reason why stores would be CLOSED in an area.
Many of these properties are owned by giant hedge funds. They paid "X" amount for the property, and charge "Y" amount rent from the store owners. They list these properties as "assets" that they own.
But here's the problem. When the economy goes down they refuse to lower rents to keep the whole property utilized. If they charge 50% of "Y" for rent then the "valuation" of the property becomes 50% of "X". So they would rather have the storefront sit empty than lower the rent (and thus ADMIT) that the property is not worth what they CLAIM it's worth in their assets column.
There's probably 50 TRILLION of assets like this that don't really exist in North America, and the reason why they don't make it illegal to "sit" on properties like this (and make areas "ghost towns") is because it would crash the whole financial system to ADMIT that they have ALREADY lost 50 TRILLION dollars.

Entire sections of some towns are abandoned and shuttered because of this hedge fund bullshit.

FYI. I'm sure there are at least a few "ghost towns" out there that are really DUMBs or secret bases.
I bet they would probably give themselves away within minutes by having unmarked government vehicles roaming around an otherwise blighted abandoned town.
Just go there and see if "black vans" start following you around.

>Like I personally had feels something was off with population numbers for a while, but never really thought much on it. But you have tons of folks saying they hardly see enough people to say the population count is anywhere near correct.

There's a theory that people are being removed from the planet like the Christian "Rapture" but instead of everybody noticing, reality is being warped and twisted "on the fly" to make it seem like these people NEVER EXISTED.
When it was just a few per year it was easy to hide, but now, millions of people are "rapturing" each year and the effort needed to remake everybody's memories AND (re)move buildings is straining the system's abilities.
Just a theory.

Somewhat like that movie "Dark City"
>>
Or maybe just a neighborhood storefront that went to shit with stubborn land owners who refuse to sell their lot = price remains high = no demand for new business? I watched this entire process happen over 20 years with the local Sears stores near my childhood home.

>>41252082
>>41252054
>simulation
Why simulate old buildings? Why not simulate literally anything else?
>previous empire
I can see this theory holding up for massive, impossibly-built architecture like those at the world fairs...but incredibly simple 1950s style architecture in a neighborhood that your parents remember being built? That's a bit of a stretch
>intelligence front
Yeah, maybe. I know that there were hidden CIA offices at various AT&T buildings. But why have them open to the public in area where no one but poor people go? Most buildings like this are in low to lower mid class areas. Surely if it were a front for CIA or other Intel agencies it would be in a more prominent, populous area.

>>41255241
This. That's why they are all in seedy locations and have barred up windows. The fact it took us this long to come to an obvious conclusion shows just how out of touch this board is with reality. It's idiotic conspiracies like OP this that distract people from real conspiracy research.
>>
>>41267291
There have been tons of mystics that have seen people glitch out of existence, see through walls, etc. But I think you're conflating two separate ideas which are both true separately but not when combined
>Idea 1
Matter is fake and gay, it's all a wave function. Ergo, the computer in front of your face, your mom's basement walls, your tendies and dippin sauce, etc are all non-solid.
>Idea 2
There are buildings that are used for various clandestine purposes within the fake and gay material matrix

No one is just spawning people and things here for your amusement, it's just that reality behaves differently when you observe it.
