The Trojan condom was the first manufactured condom brand that hit the market in 1916 :V
Despite being manufactured and ready to go, the populace of the US did not accept their usage and perceived them as immoral. They were associated with prostitutes and soldiers abroad, and even then their usage in those spaces was questionable.
So why are condoms associated with straightness today? This seems peculiar. The straights at the time when they debut were already decided on that condoms were immoral and they had no use for them.
Could the answer be hidden in the name? "Trojan" condoms?
What's a Trojan? Webster's: a person or thing intended secretly to undermine or bring about the downfall of an enemy or opponent.
Could it be that the Trojan condoms were "Trojanned" through the AIDS epidemic in order to get straights to bring it into modern use?
What a conspiracy :V !
