So what exactly and how are black mirrors used and what does my phone have to do with it. what is scrying, is it just like a crytsal ball and serves nothing or can you legit use this method to "see" things. your experiences, tips and recommendations are appreciated

>>41253884From what I hear, you go somewhere dark and put a black candle on either side of the mirror and just stare at it. Probably works similar to kasina meditation, you'll need some powerful concentration skills to make anything happen

>>41255209It's a meditation where you focus on a visual object like a candle or a colored disc or glowing orb, etc. It can help reach higher states of concentration than other types like breathing meditation because the visual object is better at grabbing and holding your attention than other things. From what I've heard from Daniel Ingram and others who have done kasina retreats, it is the most reliable way to get into the altered states you read about in ancient texts like the Visuddhimagga where you gain access to magick powers and visible interactive dieties and stuff. I've been practicing it for a week and it is powerful enough that you gotta mind your mental stability, but haven't done any intensive retreats with it yet so can't vouch for the magick powers.
