But when you A) acknowledge yourself as average and not perfect and B) experiment with the understanding that you will receive both boon and bane out of it that you start to let go and live.That's what /fit/ misses so much. So many angry dudes here who paralyze themselves so much despite working so hard. I get that it's difficult to approach girls and to learn to love yourself, but you got into this lifestyle because you wanted your life to be better. So try some things and learn about yourself and the world. You'll find a great deal of pain, sure, but don't you willingly take that on every time you go to the gym?
