Ask the one God to give you success in it, and then you can if he grants you it; all goodness and victory comes from him. It is possible to physically attack them if you or them are in such a form that you can touch one another. For example, you can hurt a devil if you see it in a dream because you're at a closer state to it's state, you can also hurt one if it's got a physical form like as an animal but that would be rare and probably end up with you killing some random poor animal. You can attack then when they're not in a form too;

Not everything "energy" is food for them. You need iron in your diet, if you get stabbed with an iron sword you don't just absorb it. It would be like saying we eat physical matter, how would a rock or bullet be able to kill us? But in general this method seems a bit out there to me because it requires you to interact with them with your mind to kill them, which I guess might give them more or a chance to react possibly. There is no point interacting with an enemy except to strike.

Another thing I know some people do is tell the demon to come into their dreams so they can kill them but I don't like this for similar methods; why would you want to interact with it further? To me, it sounds like asking a thief to come into your house so you can fight them. I have hurt such things in dreams before. They are vulnerable. But to put yourself in that situation seems strange; those people must have real, proper trust in God, alhamdulillah.

As for what the other guy said, don't put your trust in a random physical object. If you want, any weapon will do if you somehow manage to strike one. I read an old Japanese account where some swordsman got rid of a yo Kai haunting someone's house by striking the corner they thought it was in with a knife. Years back, I used to sleep with a knife under my pillow lol, because I used to get sleep paralysis a lot- I never ended up needing it, as I grew in religiosity (for a lot of reasons) my fear of sleep paralysis finished and then so did the actual sleep paralysis pretty much. When you have real faith, devils aren't scary. And they can barely touch you.

Whoever gives up their responsibility to an object or amulet, they will never succeed. It is minor shirk to ascribe, and shirk is something that attracts devils; pagans such as Hindus or some Carribbean are affected the most by devils, you will see that in their stories all the time, because they enthrall themselves in shirk with vigor and throw their worship to anybody.

By just doing it. The warrior's path is valid, sure having consecrated weapons and armor helps but you can use your body or astral body just fine. Train you psychic and energetic senses and body, if you can sense something then you can hit it. Catch them in sin. If they're trying to disrupt God Almighty's plan (and most of them are) then you have permission to be safe from them, and to deal with them so that they quit that behavior or move in that direction. If they have neurons you could destroy a few potentially and grow some in them to try and make them stop, to move them one step closer to stopping, and if they think with other things you can change those. Dead, Alive, from The Hells, doesn't matter, if they're interfering with you and they don't have permission there is a chance for violence. Usually it is followed with a time of growth in them to, but that's just another kind of violence if you consider that the growth is meant to change them, usually against their will the sinners, and that change kills some of their old behavior and replaces it with something else.

Meditation need not be ascetic. You could pray for some cells in yourself that help an ADHD-like thought pattern that doesn't want to slip into a sleep-like mode but wants to be awake would be your meditation, and manifest your self-defenses with your will. If there's people who would not wish for you to learn meditation changes in them might allow you to do it your way.

What it takes is time. Even if in just a few minutes or seconds we changed millions of neurons in Creation there are so many universes that it's a drop in the bucket of how many pieces of thinking material there are out there, and so while the effect might be felt and might be impressive we're a long way from, say, levitating whenever we want. Time and effort is what's needed to make this work better, more growth, more destruction.

That's the answer. Right before the moment their sin can't be stopped from harming you is the time to catch them. Wotan sacrificed himself to bring us the runes. They are a plug and play magic system, they can be combined, used consecutively, or used alone. They can be drawn, visualised, carved, and they have very real effects. You won't levitate or win the lotto but you'll especially notice their effectiveness in spiritual battles. I have now held my own against witches and demons in the astral, and even uncovered some deceptions. The old Norse way has come into my life and the effect has been profound.
