Why does every single being interested in occult only talks about metaphysical stuff and absolutely rejects everything that affects the physical realm? Even the beginner books like Liber Null, talks about super speed, super jump, super punch by infusing your aether into it, etc

You can find countless books/resources that talks about metaphysical or probabilistic but the moment you start looking up for anything "consistent" and "physical" then it's a complete void.

Just lazy probably. I am skeptical on mo-pai and other chi metaphysics but It doesn't seem too impossible. Pic related was an interesting read.
