are all points against it
however this doesn't PROVE that it's a puppet only that it seems like it could be one
It's been reported that abductees and other alien witnesses have mentioned that some types of aliens move robotically or like puppets
the subtle facial expression changes shown in the footage would be incredibly difficult for even a Hollywood level expert puppet maker and not to mention expensive (in the $100,000 USD range)
so who's going to spend that much money to produce an alien puppet for almost nothing in return? Victor only asked for 10 grand for his tape and his interview so he's making a huge loss if this was a money making scheme.
If it's not about money then maybe it's about sewing disinfo. Then who is behind it? Is this a CIA or some other alphabet agency operation? Why do this? No one has ever come forward to claim responsibility for making the alien interview footage in nearly 30 years. The more you start to analyze this footage the more questions it raises. It's frustrating.

then there's this photo taken 8 years after Victor's alien interview footage which shows the exact same type of being.
The photo was allegedly taken by a security guard in an abandoned office building in Mexico.
It's extremely similar to the Victor alien however in my opinion the cheeks look a little fuller and it looks less sickly that the one in the interview footage.
