The greenish sacra ones are the most expensive I’ve tried but now I just eat the frontier co-op ones which are white to dark brown. Dark brown ones seem to be the most effective but is considered the lower quality ones. I like the frankincense resin more than the boswelia extracts I’ve bought too.
