Interesting, well I've mostly just been trying to keep an open mind since I know full well I don't fully grasp what I'm dealing with. I was aware of the imaginary friend concept but even then I was kinda aware that was more of a mind thing. Me seemingly seeing something with my eyes overlaying normal sight did confuse me though. Yeah it can be done but does kinda mess with the eyes for a bit but long as it's in low lighting it's generally a lot easier. Yeah I've heard a view stories of people with spiritual contact saying there were points they had they recalled them happening when young but like only after another happens later on it life, almost like it was kinda whipped from the mind for a bit. Yeah been trying to do that for awhile now. Seems like when I don't try results were better as I have been out of body once as a kid and then recently about a year back but I can't recall how it happened.
