>>41337835When I was a kid I had a surreal and terrifying experience watching a VHS of the special edition of Star Wars: A New Hope with my mom. I believe this was the late 90's (1998?) but I can't give an exact date so I apologize, however I was approximately 11 or 12. Basically we were watching the part of the film where they're in the Death Star. At one point when confronted by stormtroopers, Luke's nose suddenly extended grotesquely into a strange flesh-colored elephant's trunk. It then flailed around making elephant trumpet sounds scaring the stormtroopers off. I vividly remember this, and I was absolutely terrified. My mom was really jarred and confused and trying to calm me down. Leia then says "that's enough Proboscis Luke" and his nose returned to normal. The film also continued on as normal. Every subsequent viewing of our VHS was completely normal, as with every previous viewing. We had already watched the film multiple times prior to the incident so that precludes it being some strange edited copy which would be weird in and of itself. My mom still remembers the event and sometimes we talk about it. It honestly feels somewhat demonic. Like something was trying to fuck with us through the VHS. The recent talk of the "Bigger Luke Hypothesis" kept reminding me of the incident so I thought I'd finally post it somewhere. Anyone else have any strange experiences watching films like this?

Approx decade ago sitting top floor of very old house playing an instrument. Got a very odd feeling about corner of room. Looked over and there was a head there, sceaming but silent, made of black lines. Very scary, ran from room. Nothing before or after during my life.

i saw the hat man once and then i went to mcdonalds and the hat man made my burger and i said i know who you are, you are anonymous then he laughed at me and said you cant eat an idea, you can only mayonaise a individual, and then i went home and i got a call by it was from an unknown number and i got scared cuz i knew annoynomous was going to ad hominem me if i didnt response in my sleep then an appointment tommorrow.

Bros I just woke up from a nightmare where I was back at school and we were taking a test and the paper was like coated in sugar and dyed bright colors and some of the questions weren't even about candy manufacturing and everyone had already turned in the test except for me and she gave everyone a really short time limit and when she pass my desk I asked her if we even watched the video and she said it was the first thing we did that day in class and she wrote down something in a clipboard and walked away and I looked back at the other pages and there was so much space for writing and I didn't have anything to say because the questions seemed so simple and yet some of them you would definitely have had to have seen the video and she definitely didn't show the video and I thought the test looked like candy and I was considering trying to eat the pages with the unanswered questions but I thought there was probably paper under the candy coating so I didn't eat them

The thing that spooked me more than anything else was during the scamdemic when I popped out to the local store and when I walked back home everybody had come out of their houses to clap for the NHS. I've never been so freaked out by anything in my life, it was like something from the twilight zone and it absolutely chilled me to the bone.

ill be real. i inherited about 20k as a schizo drug addict. so i did lots of drugs, combinations of 2+ drugs etc. mostely hallucinogens. one time, i dont remember the combo but suddenly everything around me is coming to life. green blanket in closet becomes a dragon, grim reaper bong tries to slash me, a red eyed demon started emerging from my laundry basket and much more. i got the fuck out and memory.exe ends there. i will never know. or the time i had two burning holes in my neck but there was no mark. i have not aged since. spooky.

Walked across to the dresser, grabbed the deck, left.The second after I closed the door, something slammed into the door behind me.
