I gave blood a couple of times in my life (actual blood, not plasma). I don't know if anyone actually received it. I was wondering what was the spiritual implications of it. Like am I growing stronger because I am spreading through other people, or is it the opposite, like I'm getting chipped away slowly until there is nothing left of me?It's great for the body tho, like it gets rid of alot of microplastic and makeS me burn more calories (300-500KCAL)
