These have been spotted all over the solar system in recent months with increasing frequency. Everyone who emails in about them are told they're transients and given a bullshit catalog number
In light of 3IA we need to look at this, the tempo is increasing. more objects all the time, most of them we can't even spot before the data gets streamed into public servers

Sorry been busy
They are infrared images from the NIRCam imager on jwst, same instrument that imaged Jupiter in 2022. It's used for everything from calibration to extrasolar imaging
I'll process some more when I'm back in my office
