If you dont have a cult of personality, this will be a herculean task but perhaps one that could be trained. Work on your persuasive skills, take a sells job or anything that forces social interaction and try to depersonalize your interactions so that you may objectively analyze what worked and what didnt without your personal emotions clouding your judgement.
