The objective is to draw from the lower half of your body, up to the head, while simultaneously converting that power into a mental process using the brain. You can do this without part 3 but part 3 is recommended.3. Imagine the marble and part of the bowl in space out in front, and use it to help you orient your lower body draw and brain process move.4.
