>you believe in ghosts?
>>41377511>I believe in the Ghost of Tom Selleck's mustache
Yes, I've seen one myself along with a friend who saw the same thing. But even if I hadn't I would think that maybe fewer than 100% of the millions of people all over the world throughout all of history who have claimed to see them were lying.
>>41377561what did you see? whats keeping its essence tethered to earth (a physical object) considering earth is hurtling through space at thousands of miles per hour
>>41377511I believe in not scamming older people out of their houses.
>>41377511In so much as my experience matches a set of phenomena described as Ghost. Whether this is the soul of the undead, I have no real idea. But at this point a lot stuff is now on the table. Basic tl;dr>Lots of weird spooky stuff - keep rationalizing it or shrugging it off because who knows>Lots of fucked up night terrors - rationalize as some sort of food intolerance or stress>Wake up to take piss>Child standing at bottom of steps on landing>10 minutes "hello? who are you? how did you get here? are you okay? etc" - thinking this was just like some lost little girl that needed help and somehow got into my house.>Walk down the stairs, deciding they were in shock or sleep walking, idk>They snap to attention, have weird red eyes like old photos, does a left face and promptly walks through a wall and disappears. So yea, man no fucking idea. But the only think in popular terms to describe this ghost. And I learned later that other family members saw her too and just didn't say anything because of the "lol you believe in the paranormal" stigma. 100% bet that if we all stopped being weird about it and legit tried to study it scientifically, we would learn a lot.
>>41377511I think there's at least two types of ghosts. I think the majority are "dumb" ghosts that aren't truly conscious and just consist of psychic residue that somebody emitted during their lifetime that remains after their death and works itself out over time, and only a minority are still beings in-of-themselves.
