Is 23 too old to become spiritual? I feel like my soul has been eroded beyond repair by lifelong internet access, porn, games, apathy, and a lack of connection. Is it possible to reach a point in life where you're stuck playing catch up for all the bad karma you've accumulated?

None of that shit u listed is actually that bad and its mostly a boomer guilt trip spiritually projecting negativity onto you which is doing more damage than any of those things most likely are. Most people ridiculously far off from actual spiritual wellness anyway so the amount of catch up you'd need to do is less than most of the population.
Lool what? That early, I had my proper awakening at 23. It’s a magic number. The thing to consider is if you really want it or not. If you seek with sincerity then it can test your mind to breaking point. Take this conversation for instance for flavour. I have to consider:Will me telling this person about spirituality end in good or bad outcomes?CAN I even have any effect on this persons trajectory?Am I interfering with their free will?Was this always destined to be?Am I being bad by dissuading them?Is it my ego trying to be all knowing that commits me to try and help OR am I doing out of the goodness of my own heart?Are you a demon sent to test me?Is there anyone BUT me, is this illusion?Will you take the wrong path and join a cult?Will you feel extremely lonely on your journey?That’s the type of nonsense that travels through the mind of a serious spiritual seeker on these type of interactions.If you don’t know how to ground yourself and surrender you will likely feel some pain.Or will you?This is why a lot of mystic/secret societies had very rigid structures for bringing people on board.
Some of the most spiritual enlightened people in history of all religions got there later in life, many at 50y+, even saints who performed miracles.The "Am I too old to do this" is usually irrelevant in spirituality.>23 Kek you're a kid, theres still time to clean it up, But it must be from a place of sincerity from within, the problem at that age is that most of you go into spirituality just as a "phase".
