as far as I'm aware, never been to the astral (at least consciously and/or remember) nor have I summoned anything, but I have had a few companions (assuming I wasn't hallucinating or imagination running wild, and I don't think ever more than one at a time. I'm not sure how a deity's presence is supposed to feel, but hers never felt overpowering or intimidating, but it was obvious she had some “age” and “power” to her. Not necessary but if you want to learn it faster put alarms every 3 hours and when you wake up walk around for like one minute then fall asleep again. While you feel the sleepiness getting to you tell your mind to stay awake and let your body fall asleep. Doesn’t matter if you fall asleep eventually you’ll either start lucid dreaming or start feeling your self coming out. If you every do get a succubus she will help you achieve it much faster.

Weird experience for me:

I fell asleep and started dreaming too early. I felt myself being transported to some large building. I think the surrounding landscape looked like Orlando during a sunset, a very flat American city is what I'm trying to paint. I was then taken to a room and there was a giant screen and a bunch of tables. Next thing I remember is being in some dojo trying to do balance exercises by pushing my body with a tube across spindling wires. I then saw a woman giggling and laughing at me because apparently my performance was terrible, and it was night. I was attempting to do another exercise, and she said I was the last one that hadn't finished. I think I said something "I don't want to be here" and found myself awake. Only two hours had passed in real time. I felt a tactile presence stroking my right side, and I felt exhausted, sick, congested, some slight shakes/twitching of muscles, and with a headache, but seem to be recovering now. I don't know who that person was, or what the purpose of that was, but it felt awful.

I am pretty by the book normally and serious about things, not gonna say who, but over time one daemon has gotten progressively more flirty. Very much so.
