Nah, there is a qualitative difference in the fireball, and it does not even rise uniformely, likely because there is still something burning up in there. Nuclear weapons are very clean in comparison. You would get a neat ball shaped region of superheated air. Also missing the initial flash, it should have blinded the camera.
