I think it's better to be born a bad person and to overcome yourself and internal wars. It grants wisdom and more importantly, grace. A good kind doesn't understand why someone kills another with "no motive", because there is always a motive. But at the same time, does an all good force with an ability to create a whole universe and civilization catch the blame of being and creating evil though with his creation he granted it free will to do as it pleases and to think of all the ways to do evil and all the ways to do good. So, like Bob Ross says, can't appreciate the light without a little dark and that is just the reality of the physical world we live in.
