Is this film legit? Are we, or some of us at least, tulpas/imaginary beings? Is our memories fabricated bs? Is our maker/s an evil cult or kook? Is our maker just dreaming or thinking our whole reality up?
The title is terrible I think. I thought it would be a by the numbers garbage slasher. With a bunch of horrible teenagers to boot. Turned out to be decent.
>>41396362It is a weird title, yeah.
>>41396323Are you actually trying to form that in a question? I'm a tad confused. What are you directly asking?
>>41398265Asking questions related to the film, existential ones.
>>41396323I wonder that myself. I guess you could look at it that way if you believe in a force that created everything then we'd all just be lower fragments or even thought beings compared to it. If that is the case then it kinda would make some sense why our minds affect our reality given that connection even if just a little bit. But again our mind is at the center of everything we perceive so if something is "wrong" with someone then yeah to the rest of us they would just be delusional or tripping when they could be experiencing things that might as well be real to them. Shit gets even more trippy if you experience paranormal stuff and try to communicate with it.
Selfbump
I was high as hell when I watched it so everything past the moment where one of the guys disappears and later found in a cave sitting facing a statue(?) is a blur. But I remember liking the atmosphere at the very least.
