For several months now I've had reoccuring dreams where Rob Zombie crashes my nightmares. Regardless of tone, content or context he will suddenly break the 4th wall and dominate every dream I have as a trickster esque figure. Neither me nor any of the other figures in my dream no matter how ghoulish, demonic or frightening regardless of number or power can touch him and he usually destroys any that try. It's always set to that fucking Dragula song and he always is driving a antiquated car or operating a mobile piece of machinery like a tank or battle mech or robotic spider. He never harms me but seems to take delight in taunting me while destroying all of the other characters in my dreams as some sort of unstopable primal force that never feels like a product of my own subconscious but an external alien force invading my mindI'm not even a Rob Zombie fan and I don't listen to his music or watch his films, why is he haunting my nightmares?
Because he is cool, like Monster energy drinks but a person.
