It's an incomprehensibly large mass of water that loops back around to the other side eventually. Think of a massive sphere of water and on the surface is millions of tiny specks, if you look closely at the specks, one of them you will see our "Earth" continents surrounded by the ice wall. There are many other "Earths" all with their own ice wall scattered far from each other on the water.

If somebody ever asks me if I think the Earth is flat, I'll tell them it's not because there are mountains and oceans and hills that deform the surface. There's nothing false about our subjective experience of living on the surface of a planet. We could live in a place with different physics where the whole universe was like the surface of a planet with no obvious boundary and nothing would be logically wrong with it if cause and effect were at least as self-consistent as in our own universe. Living on Earth is a bizarre and ridiculous experience, not the absolute, perfect, holy one.
