The Solfeggio frequencies seem to work for me, but I'm wondering if there's more powerful frequencies I can generate and listen to?
Thanks for posting. Never tried this. How long do you listen to each at a minimum? Is the goal to not hear it anymore, get into a trance or „feel it working“? Do you meditate or do work while having it as background noise? Speaker or earbuds? Any other recommendations? ThanksHere is a note on binaural beats i have saved. One ear one frequency, and the other ear the other frequency:>14 and 35 hz>8 and 14 hz>4 and 8hzAgain, never really tried it myself but im thinking about doing it now

>>41407238For solfeggios you just listen to the pure sine wave frequency through speakers, there's no stereo effect to these unlike binaurals. You can find Youtube videos that have the pure tone in Hz without music, or use a function generator connected to a speaker. Sometimes I listen quietly, sometimes I leave one on all night while I dream, sometimes I pump up the volume on one of them while listening to music at the same time. It's a good idea to listen to each frequency and see if any resonate with you. Then focus on those ones.

>>41407245Got it. I will try it later when im home and report. Also found out i still have a frequency generator app that can do multiple at once with L/R balance. I dont remember if i had to pay for it to do this tho
Picrel is the app
