Here is something I have noticed a few times. I am in my 30s now, and this began about a decade ago. When I have profound epiphanies the frequency I hear, tinnitus I guess, intensifies and I feel what I can only describe as a snap in my brain. Whatever I was thinking about then escapes me, sometimes I am able to power through and hold onto it for a while but the frequency increases again and the pain becomes too distracting. But that is only a precursor to the behavioral observation I have made. After these occurences, I become more lethargic and embarrassingly cowlike in my internet habits. I lose lucidity and find myself scrolling youtube shorts of all things, flicking through 4chan boards, looking for something but also nothing. I can break out of these cycles briefly, as I am doing now. But it isn't long before I succumb again to the signal. If this wakes anyone up, can you confirm or deny similar experiences? It feels like a punishment for thinking.
Unironically buy a disposable foil poncho with a hood and put it over your head and torso like a blanket fort while meditating.

>>41410018>can you confirm or deny similar experiences?Yes, I started having the same problems pop up in my early 30's.Just wait until you wake up in physical pain for no reason. As if taking a nap is an injuring activity.
>>41410018Do you suffer from migraines or blinding headaches and light sensitivity ?Are you vegetarian or vegan and eating a lot of seed oil, protein bars, synthetic meat
>>41411298No, no, no and no.I just think about truth, when a thought occurs to me I analyse it by comparing what supports the possibility and what does not. Sometimes I need to research preliminary information that I recognize as important in my analysis. It used to be a more common activity for me. Now I waste most of my time.We are being deliberately slaughtered, I am sure of it.
>>41410018You're probably having mini strokes, dude. The tinnitus is indicative of high blood pressure.t. 39yo out of shape keyboard slob
