It's called "the death in march," you practice your five external senses and internal senses (thought, anything that isn't pure consciousness) while walking or anything active in your daily life, and you catch "egos" manifesting in your internal senses, understand them instantly intuitively, repent for them sincerely, and sincerely beg your divine mother to decapitate them, and you have to learn to do this 24/7. A tall order, but real, and the esoteric basic practice of all religions.

There is no death of the ego, it is metaphysically illegal. There can be no escape from the pains and pleasures you deserve.There can be something like it. Ravage your body, your reputation, your life by all means necessary, endanger it gravely, devoted yourself to something nobody else believes in or wants to, spend all the time you can doing everything you don't want to do because it flies in the face of who you are so it will hurt.
