the dot works btw, it reached -0.53 (extreme doom) when 3i/atlas was behind the sun at the peak of 3i/atlas doom frenzy, because everyone was predicting major changes for earth. but now the dot says nothing is happening...because its not. it measures posts that make any sort of predictions about the future. so it doesn't measure the present it measures our future predictions.

highest its been since launch. still, its only mild doom. not moderate or extreme doom. as the coder i'd say only moderate or greater really means anything. mild doom is just a normal 4chan day. the real surprise will be if we ever seen the dot in green (Hope) territory

>>41418893yea. 0 = full yellow. -1 = full red. 1 = full green. its just that since launching 24 hours ago ive only seen it go between -0.16 and -0.35 which is both different shades of orange. it doesnt fluctuate wildly like the GCP Dot, and while that's not that entertaining, GCP Dot's scores seem to mean nothing (to me). at least this dot's score might mean something. a full -1 score would mean ww3 or a new 9/11 is about to happen so it would be rare to see -1
just spent 3 hours adding a chart. the chart has no data yet because it hasn't ran long enough, but every hour it adds a new point to the chart. should look cool in maybe 5 hours

how people don't think this is more interesting is beyond me. it's a literal future predictive dot. it reads all our posts to find future predictive posts and how we feel about the future and turns it into a score. we are esoteric schizos and not soulless NPCs aka we all are ensouled here, meaning if anyone can predict or "feel" the future it's us, and the dot quantifies that for easy use. well ultimately i did create it for myself so i will know when something big is likely to happen soon. a disproportionate amount of people here predicting bad outcomes soon means more than anywhere else.
