Every night I pray to Amitahba Buddha, Gautama Buddha, Jesus and sometimes God (from the old testament.)It helps me find peace at night and fall asleep. In the day though I notice my thoughts are sometimes weirdly dark.. I try to be nice to everyone because I hate suffering. However, sometimes I get thoughts introduced to my head which I don't recognise, truly horrible stuff like punch my friend for no reason. I don't ever want to do these things yet sometimes my mind automatically plays out these circumstances automatically in my head and the only way to stop them is to violently destroy the thoughts until they go away. What is this? Am I psychotic? Do I need lobotomy to protect everyone?
